Bought an open box sound bar from here about 2 weeks ago. I wasn't watching close enough because a few days after buying we finally could set it up only to find out we got the wrong remote. They asked for our phone number during check out yet they didn't bother to call to tell us about the problem. We called and they knew about the mix up yet didn't reach out first. Had to drive 50km to make the exchange as we were from out of area. Product is ok but our experience wasn't great here.
