  My old PC crashed and was forced to buy a new motherboard which I did here .A couple of days later, I went to pick up my purchase, at which point the owner assured me that most of the old stuff had been duly transferred to the new one and only minor adjustments would be required to complete the process. It took FOUR HOURS/$100.oo for a cyber-technician to finish the installation and there are still some bugs requiring attention. This is the last time that I call on this business which ignores how to run computers or is simply dishonest. ....continuation to the above: a few days later I called this store to explain the issues and Sebastian was quite forthcoming and willing to help. Most of the technical complications were resolved to my satisfaction which is why I am adding these comments to my original one
